Our Services
Roth Hospitality Group provides guest-experience coordination services for short-term rental owners and property managers, including guest support, issue triage, and coordination of the owner's or property manager's own local contacts and vendors. We coordinate these services; you keep control of your money, your vendors, and your operational decisions.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.
SMS Communications
If you provide your phone number, you may receive SMS text messages from us as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
Fees & Billing
Service fees, including any one-time onboarding fee and recurring monthly subscription, are described in your service agreement. Charges begin once your service is live; the specific amounts, contract path, and payment terms are governed by the agreement you sign.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or services, including by attempting to disrupt the site, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
